Yours Until 2am.

Most Seattle rooms stop the music at midnight, so your guests finish the night standing in a parking lot. Pick any six hours of the day, as late as 2am. Your decorating and your load out happen inside those six hours, so plan the party around them.

One Number. Nothing Added At The Door.

What the $1,950 covers

What it does not cover

You bring the bottles and the food. We bring everything else, and we do not charge you to do it.

Your Bar. Your Bottles. No Corkage.

Bring whatever you want, hard liquor included. Our licensed bartender pours it, and brings the setup, ice, cups and gear. Nobody counts what your guests open.

A hosted bar for 100 people at a comparable Seattle venue runs $2,800 to $5,000. The same drinks bought yourself run a few hundred. You keep the difference, and you keep whatever nobody opens.

Rented the studio for the night for our wedding reception with about 60 guests. Awesome space! Armando was super helpful and communicative, and the staff on-site during our event were there to assist with anything we needed.

Wedding reception, 60 guests

I had my sister’s graduation party there, we had an amazing time. The space is incredibly spacious and clean. The host was professional and helpful.

Graduation party

The management is so courteous, and discreet, and kind, that their customer service is what really stole the show for me. It is a beautiful space, authentic to the Seattle vibe.

Quick Answers

How do I hold my date?
Tour first, always. Twenty minutes, costs nothing, and we will tell you on the tour if this is not the right building for your event. If it is a fit, a 50% deposit locks your Friday. It moves once to any date in the next twelve months, and the rest is due fourteen days before your event.
What if my party is dry, or only beer and wine?
The price is the same. The bartender is part of the package the way the sound system is, and plenty of hosts who planned a dry night are glad to have someone behind the bar pouring sodas and mocktails. If you are serving anything at all, we send the bartender.
What if the party runs long?
Adding an hour when you book is $350 in the Main Hall, $550 for two rooms and $700 for the whole building, with the staff already inside it. Deciding on the night is one and a half times that, billed in full hours, because a bartender, a guard and a manager are staying past the time they agreed to work. Pick your hours up front and the cheap number is yours. If you only need the room early to set up, or after to pack up, a setup hour is $250, whatever you booked, with the manager on site and no bar or security. Setup hours are only for time with no guests in the building. Any hour with guests is a staffed hour. Staffed hours can be added up to 7 days before your event and setup hours as late as the day before. Packing up past your booked end with your guests already out is $500 an hour on the night.
Can I bring my own DJ?
Yes. The booth is wired and ready, and there are no house rules about what gets played. Same with your caterer, your photographer and your decorator. No required vendor list and no commission, though we keep a vetted one at 1712studios.com/partners if you still need someone.
Where do people park, and how do we load in?
There is free street parking in the area, paid lots nearby, and four private spots on site. We send full parking info and directions once you are booked. Load in is through the roll up door at the back.
