A Night With Chapters
The Main Hall plus your pick of the whole Speakeasy upstairs or the Back Venue, same price either way upstairs. Up to 250 guests, and the party moves. Cocktails in one vibe, dinner in another, the dance floor hits different at midnight. For the night, both floors are yours.

Until 2am. Actually.
6 prime Saturday hours, as late as 2am. No noise ordinance hiding in paragraph nine of the contract, no wondering what your guests are going to do after 10. Setup and breakdown already inside the window. Need more room in the night? Extra hours are $200 each, staff already in that price.

Nobody Worries About the Door
2 professional guards, booked and managed by us, one for every floor you open. You never think about security once.

Real BYOB. No Per Guest Fee.
You bring your own bottles and our licensed bartenders serve them, hard liquor included. Bar set up, ice, cups and all the gear come with them. There is no per guest alcohol fee. Outside bartenders are not permitted, and you bring a Washington banquet permit, which we walk you through.

Full Mackie system with subs, a DJ booth ready for YOUR DJ, and a 110" screen for the slideshow or the playlist. Your music, your set, no house band rules.

Why the next step up costs more, said plainly.
The package opens two floors: the Main Hall and the whole Speakeasy, up to 250 guests, with two security guards. Want the Back Venue as well? The whole building is $5,450 with three guards. That is one guard per open floor, so nobody wanders into a room they should not be in, plus one guard per 100 guests. Staffing, not a markup, and printed here so you never find it on an invoice instead.
Extra hours are $200 each, and that $200 already pays the bartender, both guards and the manager for that hour. Past 150 guests a second bartender joins at $395, the only other line that can move, and you are reading it before anyone asks you for a deposit. Speaking of which: 50% ($1,975) holds your Saturday, non refundable but movable once to a new date within 12 months, and the balance is due 14 days out.

Show up with your drinks, your DJ, and your people. Security, setup, and cleanup are already on us. Last song as late as 2am.

Quick Answers

Is it one big room?
No, and that’s the point. The night moves: the Main Hall for the party, plus the whole Speakeasy upstairs, each with its own vibe. Cocktails in one room, the dance floor in another. If you want everyone seated in a single hall from start to finish, we’re honestly not your venue, and we’d rather tell you here than after a tour.
What about weddings?
We host beautiful ones, and we’re honest about which. There’s no single hall where 100+ guests sit at tables for the ceremony and stay put all night: with dinner tables set, ceremony seating maxes around 50, or about 80 chairs only. What works incredibly well: ceremony in one room, then everyone flows into another space for dinner, drinks, and dancing until 2am. A wedding that feels like a night out, not a banquet. If that sounds like yours, come tour.
What if I have a big guest list?
Up to 250 guests fit the Main Hall plus the Speakeasy, and that is exactly what the package covers. There is no per guest alcohol fee at any headcount, so 90 guests and 250 guests pay the same $3,950. Past 150 guests a second bartender joins at $395 so the bar line never backs up. Over 250, the whole building opens up at $5,450 with three guards and holds up to 400.
What about bartenders and the bar?
Bar service is inside the package. You bring your own bottles, our licensed bartenders serve them, and hard liquor is welcome. There is no per guest alcohol fee, no fee per bottle, and nobody counts what your guests open. One licensed bartender is included and comfortably handles up to 150 guests. Past 150 a second bartender joins at $395, and that is the only extra on this page. You see it here, before you sign. We bring the bar set up, ice, compostable cups and all the gear; you bring the ingredients (garnishes included), your signage, and your Washington banquet permit, which we walk you through. Outside bartenders are not permitted.
Can I add more hours?
Yes. Extra hours are $200 each, and that $200 already pays the bartender, both guards and the manager for that hour. Nothing gets added back later. Add them when you book or when you see how the night is shaping up.
How do I lock in my date?
Book a free 20 to 30 minute tour first. If it’s a fit, a signed agreement and a 50% deposit ($1,975) hold your Saturday. The balance is due 14 days before the event. The deposit is non refundable, but if plans change you can move everything you’ve paid once to a new date within 12 months instead.
What does it cost next year?
The 2027 Saturday Package is $4,450 for six hours. Book a 2026 date and you keep this year’s number of $3,950. We would rather post the increase early than spring it on you in January.
Is there a service charge or a minimum?
No, and no. Other Seattle venues add 20 to 23% on top of your total at the end, and plenty of them hold you to a food and drink minimum on top of that. We do neither. $3,950 is the number, and the only thing that can move it is hours you add or a second bartender past 150 guests.
Do I need to be there the whole time?
Yes. The host who booked (or a designated adult you name in advance) stays on site for the entire event, from first guest arrival to last guest out.
