Booking Notes

• 01A signed agreement + 50% booking deposit locks your date. The deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a new date within 12 months — a separate security deposit may be required for larger events
• 02BYOB events pay a $5-per-guest alcohol service fee ($200 minimum) that covers compliance and extra cleanup — bartenders and security are billed separately. For comparison, hosted bars at comparable venues run $15–25 per guest before tip — on a 150-guest party that's $2,250–$3,750 before anyone tips, versus about $1,075 here with the bartender included, buying your own alcohol at store prices. Events serving alcohol must follow WA State Liquor Board rules, require security booked through us, and you provide your own WA banquet permit
• 03Cancellation must be submitted in writing (email accepted) during business hours Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm — the booking deposit is non-refundable; cancel 14+ days out and anything paid beyond it is refunded, or transfer everything to a new date within 12 months instead
• 04Full payment due at least 14 days before your event unless previously arranged — security deposits refunded within 14 business days after satisfactory inspection
• 05The host who booked (or a designated adult named in advance) must be on-site for the entire event — from first guest arrival to last guest out
