Two rooms is the Main Hall plus your pick of the Speakeasy upstairs or the Back Venue, same price.
2026 package prices. Book before December 31 and you keep this year's number, even for a 2027 date. On January 1 Friday goes to what Saturday costs today.
Extra hours: $350 in the Main Hall, $550 for two rooms, $700 for the whole building, with the bartender and security already inside. Add them up to 7 days before your event. Decide on the night and it is one and a half times that ($525, $825, $1,050), billed in full hours.
Setup hours: $250 an hour, whatever you booked, for setting up before your guests arrive or packing up after they leave. Add one as late as the day before. The manager is on site, with no bar and no security. Setup hours are only for time with no guests in the building. Any hour with guests is a staffed hour. Pack up past your booked end without one and it is $500 an hour once your guests are out.
For the room alone, THE 101 in Pioneer Square charges $5,200 for a Friday and $6,200 for a Saturday, before anyone hires a bartender or a guard.
By the hour, no bar
Workshops, classes, networking, meetings, rehearsals, shoots, showers, memorials. Dry, or beer and wine you pour yourselves, for as many hours as you need, two hour minimum. Monday to Thursday only, any time of day. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are packages. Any bar at all is a package above.
Want a bar? Book the package. It is six hours with the bartender and the guard already in it for $1,750. The same six hours off this card with the cleaning and a guard is $2,030, and nobody is behind the bar.

You see your real total before you give us a phone number, and nothing is booked until you tour. Book within 48 hours of that tour and your seventh hour is free.

Booking Notes
- 01A signed agreement and a 50% deposit lock your date. The deposit is non refundable but moves once to a new date within 12 months. A separate security deposit may be required for larger events.
- 02There is no per guest alcohol fee and no corkage. Bar service is inside every package. Events serving alcohol follow Washington State Liquor Board rules, and you bring your own banquet permit, which we walk you through. Hard liquor is poured by our bartender. Outside bartenders are not permitted.
- 03Cancel in writing (email is fine), Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The deposit is non refundable. Cancel 14 or more days out and anything paid beyond the deposit is refunded, or move everything to a new date within 12 months (one transfer, no fee). Under 14 days, nothing is refunded.
- 04Full payment is due at least 14 days before your event unless previously arranged. Security deposits are refunded within 14 business days after a final walkthrough.
- 05The host who booked, or a designated adult named in advance, stays on site for the entire event, from first guest arrival to last guest out.
