1712 Studios was born out of a simple frustration — creative venues were disappearing from Seattle, and the ones that remained were either too expensive, too exclusive, or just didn't feel right.

So we built one ourselves.

Armando Garzon and Will Brambila opened 1712 Studios with one mission: give creators, families, brands, and community organizers a real space to do what they do. No gatekeeping. No attitude. A 6,000 sq ft warehouse in SODO that you can make your own.

We've hosted yoga sessions with puppies, intimate concerts, community fundraisers, brand activations, and full weddings. Every kind of event, every kind of people. We're Latino-owned, proudly independent, and rooted in Seattle's culture.
