This is a two floor industrial warehouse in SODO where the ceremony happens in one room, the party happens in another, and the music is still going at 1:45am.
There is no single hall here where 100 plus guests sit for both a ceremony and a dinner. With dinner tables set, seated ceremony capacity is about 50. Chairs only, no tables, is about 80. A wedding of 150 to 250 people that moves between rooms works extremely well here. A wedding where everyone stays seated in one room from the vows to the last course does not. If that just ruled us out, we would rather you know it in the first ten seconds than after a tour and three weeks of emails.

The thing that breaks a wedding in a single hall is the flip: 150 guests sent to a hallway with a drink while a crew moves 20 tables. Here there is nothing to flip, because the ceremony was never in the room the reception is in.

So a 200 person wedding works beautifully here if it moves. A 150 person seated ceremony followed by a 150 person seated dinner in the same hall does not work here, and we will tell you that before you drive out.
