A ballroom gives you carpet, gold chairs, and a per plate minimum. A barn gives you an hour of driving and a backup plan for rain. Both are lovely, and neither is this. This is a two floor industrial warehouse in SODO where the ceremony happens in one room, the party happens in another, and the music is still going at 1:45am.
There is no single hall here where 100 plus guests sit for both a ceremony and a dinner. With dinner tables set, seated ceremony capacity is about 50. Chairs only, no tables, is about 80. A wedding of 150 to 250 people that moves between rooms works extremely well here. A wedding where everyone stays seated in one room from the vows to the last course does not. If that just ruled us out, we would rather you know it in the first ten seconds than after a tour and three weeks of emails.

The thing that breaks a wedding in a single hall is the flip: 150 guests sent to a hallway with a drink while a crew moves 20 tables. Here there is nothing to flip, because the ceremony was never in the room the reception is in.
Chairs set facing the front in the Speakeasy or the Back Venue. Intimate, contained, and completely separate from the room the party will happen in. Guests are close enough to actually hear the vows.
Everyone moves to a different floor with a drink in hand. Our bartenders are already pouring what you brought. No one is standing in a hallway watching staff flip a room, because the next room was never set up as the ceremony.
Seated dinner in the Main Hall or the Back Venue. At tables that is about 50 people, so a bigger wedding here goes stations and cocktail tables instead, which is also what keeps the room on its feet. The 110 inch screen handles the slideshow and the sound system handles the toasts.

For a cocktail style reception where people stand, mingle, and move between rooms, the Main Hall plus the Speakeasy holds up to 250, and the full building holds 400. So a 200 person wedding works beautifully here if it moves. A 150 person seated ceremony followed by a 150 person seated dinner in the same hall does not work here, and we will tell you that before you drive out.

Hold the ceremony in the Speakeasy upstairs or in the Back Venue, then move everyone into the Main Hall for cocktails, dinner, and dancing. Nobody watches a crew flip a room, because the party room was never the ceremony room. If your ceremony guest count is over about 80 seated, you would rent extra chairs, or hold the ceremony elsewhere and bring the reception here.

For alcohol, you bring your own bottles on every package and our licensed bartenders serve them. Hard liquor is welcome. There is no per guest alcohol fee, bar service is already inside the package price. Outside bartenders are not permitted and nothing can be sold. You provide a Washington banquet permit and we walk you through how to get one.
