The Main Hall at 1712 Studios in Seattle: polished concrete floor, reclaimed wood wall and the 110 inch screenMain Hall
What industrial actually means here

Concrete, Wood, Brick And A Garage Door.

Double Height, Not Drop Ceiling

The Main Hall and the Back Venue go up two stories. Polished concrete underfoot, a reclaimed wood wall behind the screen, white brick in the back and floor to ceiling windows on 1st Avenue South.

A Roll Up Door

The Back Venue has a roll up garage door for load in. Rentals, a band, a florist or a whole food truck come straight inside instead of down a hallway.

Two Floors

The Speakeasy is the whole upstairs: its own bar, booths along a balcony that looks down into the Back Venue. Downstairs is loud. Upstairs is where people go to talk.

Warehouse venue questions

What People Ask Before They Tour

Is it an actual warehouse?

Yes. A 6,000 square foot, two floor industrial building on 1st Avenue South in SODO, with double height ceilings, a concrete floor, brick and wood walls and a roll up garage door in the back. Fully indoor and heated.

How many guests fit?

The Main Hall holds up to 120. The Main Hall plus the Speakeasy or the Back Venue holds up to 250. The whole building holds up to 300. Seated at dinner tables is about 50, chairs only about 80, so a large party here is a party on its feet with seating around the edges.

What does it cost?

Every night with a bar is a six hour package. Sunday to Thursday is $1,750 for the Main Hall, $2,650 for two rooms and $3,550 for the whole building. Friday is $1,950, $2,950 and $3,950. Saturday is $2,950, $3,950 and $4,950. No service charge and no food and drink minimum.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes, on every package. You buy the bottles and our licensed bartenders pour them, hard liquor included. Your own bottles are for private, invitation only events. You provide a Washington banquet permit and we walk you through it. Outside bartenders are not permitted and nothing can be sold.

Who staffs the night?

Staff go by room. The Main Hall is 1 bartender and 1 guard, two rooms is 2 and 2, the whole building is 2 bartenders and 3 guards. A manager is on site and the cleaning is inside the price.

How late can we stay?

Until 2am, any night. Setup and breakdown happen inside your booked hours.

Can a food truck come inside?

Yes. Load in is through the roll up door at the back, big enough for a vehicle or a food truck.

Can we book it during the day without a bar?

Monday to Thursday, yes, by the hour from $250 plus cleaning, two hour minimum. Dry, or beer and wine you pour yourselves. Any bar at all is a package.

Stand In It Before You Decide

Tours run 20 to 30 minutes, Monday to Friday. Walk the floor, go up to the Speakeasy, see the roll up door and leave with an exact number for your date.
