The Spaces

One Building.
Every Kind of Night.

A 6,000 square foot industrial warehouse in Seattle's SODO with three rooms that feel nothing alike. Most venues hand you one big room and a seating chart. Here the night moves: the Main Hall, the Speakeasy upstairs, and the Back Venue.

The Main Hall

Up to 120 guests

The big room. Double height ceilings, polished concrete, a reclaimed wood wall and floor to ceiling windows on 1st Avenue South. This is where the dance floor, the DJ booth and the 110 inch screen live, and where most nights end up.

  • Mackie speakers with subwoofers
  • DJ booth and setup area
  • 110 inch screen, plug in your laptop
  • Bar one with fridge and prep sink
  • Glass front door, street level entry

The Speakeasy

Add it as your second room

Darker, lower, its own bar. Dark wood, Edison bulbs, booths along a balcony that wraps the building and looks down into the Back Venue. The room for the people who came to talk, and the place everyone disappears to for ten minutes.

  • Its own bar with fridges
  • Booths, cocktail tables and stools
  • Balcony rail over the Back Venue
  • Reached by stairs only, no elevator

  • Roll up garage door for load in and food trucks

How Many People Fit

Capacity, Honestly

SetupStanding, movingSeated
Main HallUp to 120About 50 at dinner tables, about 80 in chairs only
Two RoomsUp to 250Seat about 50 for dinner, the rest stand and move
Whole BuildingUp to 300Seat about 50 for dinner, the rest stand and move

We own 80 chairs, four round tables that seat about 40 and two six foot tables. If everyone has to sit in one room from the first toast to the last song, a ballroom will make you happier, and we would rather say so here.
