Awards Night Venue In Seattle. The Speeches, Then The Party.
- Screen, microphone and sound for the program
- A second space for the mixer, no ballroom flip
- Your logo and signage, bartenders and security included
Give The Award. Pour The Drink. Keep The Night Going.
Built For The Program
Slides, sizzle reels and winner photos on a 110 inch screen, a microphone on the sound system, and chairs in rows facing it. The lights go down, the names go up, people cheer.
No Flip, Just A Staircase
A ballroom has to stop the night and reset tables to go from speeches to a mixer. Here the program ends and the bar opens in the Speakeasy upstairs or on the Back Venue floor. The crowd just walks.
Your Brand Everywhere
Your logo on the screen all night, plus banners, a step and repeat and table signs with approval. We provide removable hooks, so nothing gets taped or nailed to the walls.

Can we do a short awards presentation and then switch to a cocktail mixer?
Yes, that is the night this building is made for. Run the program in the Main Hall in front of the 110 inch screen, then open the bar in the Speakeasy upstairs or the Back Venue for the mixer. Nobody has to stand around while staff reset a ballroom.
Is there a stage and a microphone?
There is a microphone on the house sound system and a 110 inch display for slides and video. There is no built in stage. Most hosts present on the floor in front of the screen, and a riser or small stage can be rented and set up for the night.
How many people can sit for the program?
The Main Hall holds up to 120 guests and 80 chairs are included, set in rows for the presentation. For a bigger seated program, extra chairs can be rented. With the Main Hall plus a second space the night goes up to 250 guests, and the whole building up to 300.
Can we put up branded signage?
Yes, with approval. Logos and slides on the screen, banners, a step and repeat and table signs are all welcome. We provide removable hooks for hanging, and nothing gets taped, nailed or pinned to the walls. No glitter, confetti, smoke or fog machines.
What does it cost?
Every package is six hours, everything in: licensed bartenders, a security guard in every space you open, tables and 80 chairs, sound, the DJ booth, the screen, a manager on site and the cleaning. The Main Hall is $1,750 Sunday to Thursday, $1,950 Friday and $2,950 Saturday. The Main Hall plus a second space includes 2 bartenders and 2 guards; the whole building includes 2 bartenders and 3 guards. Longer days and custom setups are quoted as one package, any day.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Any caterer you like, or a food truck through the roll up door in the back. Food is prepared off site, there is no kitchen. At private, invitation only events you bring your own bottles and our licensed bartenders pour them, so a toast for every winner does not come with a per drink bill.
How do we lock the date?
Take a free tour first, Monday to Friday between 10am and 7pm, about 20 to 30 minutes. If it fits, a signed agreement and a 50% deposit lock your date. Deposits are non refundable, but you can move everything you have paid to a new date within 12 months.
Walk The Night Before You Book It
Tours run about 20 to 30 minutes, Monday to Friday, and cost nothing. Stand where the winners would, walk up to the Speakeasy, and leave with a number for your night.
