What Planners Actually Ask
How late can we actually go?
Until 2am, any night. Setup and breakdown live inside your booked hours, so if you want doors at 6, book from 5. A setup hour with no guests in the building is $250 if you want more time before the first guest arrives. Setup hours are only for time with no guests in the building.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes, on every package. You buy the bottles, our licensed bartender pours them, hard liquor included. Your own bottles are for private, invitation only events. You provide a Washington banquet permit and we walk you through getting it. Outside bartenders are not permitted and nothing can be sold.
Is there a food and beverage minimum?
No. Any caterer, trays from a restaurant, or a food truck parked inside the back garage. There is no service charge either. Hotels and the big SODO venues add 20 to 23 percent; we add zero.
What does a holiday weeknight cost?
Sunday to Thursday is $1,750 for six hours in the Main Hall, up to 120 guests, with the bartender and a security guard included. Two rooms, up to 250, is $2,650 with two bartenders and two guards. The whole building, up to 300, is $3,550. Fridays are $1,950, $2,950 and $3,950. Saturdays are $2,950, $3,950 and $4,950.
What if our headcount changes?
The price is by rooms, not by head. Ninety people or one hundred twenty in the Main Hall is the same $1,750. Past 120, open a second room.
Is the building warm in December?
Yes. The building is heated and fully indoor, so the weather never becomes part of the plan.
Where does everyone park?
Four private spots on site, free street parking in the area, and paid lots nearby. The SODO light rail station is a short walk. Full directions go out once you are booked.
Our finance team needs paperwork.
A signed agreement and a 50 percent deposit through a payment link hold the date, so nobody reads a card over the phone. Invoices and a W9 on request.
