The entrance, the vals, the father daughter dance, the toast, the cake, and the four hours after the cake do not all want the same room. That is the problem with one big hall, and it is the thing this building solves without anyone having to explain it. Fully indoor, so the weather never becomes part of the plan.

A court of 14 can enter, form up, and run the choreography without anyone backing into a chair. Bring your choreographer to the tour and walk the floor with them.
Yes. There is a private dressing room on site with a door that closes. It is hers for the whole event. Most families use it for the first look, for the change of shoes, and for a few minutes alone before the entrance.
Yes to both, on every package. There is no food and drink minimum and no approved caterer list. Bring the family cooking, a caterer, or a taco truck into the back garage. For alcohol, you buy the bottles and our licensed bartenders serve them. Hard liquor is welcome. There is no per guest alcohol fee any more, bar service is included in the package price. Outside bartenders are not permitted, and nothing can be sold. You bring a Washington banquet permit and we walk you through it.
The Saturday Package covers up to 250 guests across the Main Hall and the Speakeasy. The Friday Night package covers up to 120 in the Main Hall. The full building holds 400. The honest part: we own 80 chairs, 4 round tables that seat about 40, and 2 six foot tables. Come take a tour first, about 20 to 30 minutes, no cost. If it is a fit, a signed agreement and a 50% deposit hold the date. Deposits are non refundable, but you can move everything you have paid to a new date within 12 months instead of losing it.
