As soon as your client pays their deposit — not on the event day. Deposits are typically 50% of the total booking. We send your referral fee within 3 business days of deposit receipt.
What if my client reaches out but doesn't book?
No booking, no fee — that's how referral programs work. But we'll always let you know the outcome so you're not left in the dark.
How do you know a client came from me?
Simple — just text or email us before your client reaches out so we can flag it. Or have your client mention your name when they contact us. We track it manually and keep it transparent.
Is there a limit on how many clients I can refer?
No limit. Refer as many clients as you want. Every booking earns you the referral fee.
Will you try to sell my client on other vendors and cut me out?
Never. We refer our clients back to you when they ask about event planning services. The relationship goes both ways.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No formal contract required to join the network. Once you're approved, we send a simple one-page partner agreement that outlines the fee structure and terms. Clean and straightforward.
What types of events does 1712 host?
