Why a private venue beats a bar crawl

One Address. No Last Call Until 2am.

Nobody Else In The Building

A bar crawl means strangers, lines and a last call at midnight. Here the doors are yours. No cover, no bottle minimum, no table you have to fight for. Just your people.

Your Bottles, Our Bartenders

Buy whatever the group drinks, bring it in, and our licensed bartenders pour all night. Hard liquor is welcome. No per drink markup, no per guest bar fee.

Two Floors To Spread Out

The Main Hall is the loud one, with the DJ booth and the dance floor. The Speakeasy upstairs is its own bar with booths and a balcony, where the group goes to talk, play cards or get the groom on the mic.

Bachelor and bachelorette party questions

The Things You Are Actually Wondering

How many people does a bachelor or bachelorette party need to be?

There is no minimum headcount. The Main Hall package covers up to 120 guests, so a group of 20 gets the same space, the same bar and the same sound system as a group of 100. Most bachelor and bachelorette parties here run 25 to 80 people. If the party doubles as a joint send off for both sides, add the Speakeasy and you have two floors for up to 250.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes, on every package. You buy the bottles wherever you want and our licensed bartenders serve them, hard liquor included. Your own bottles are for private, invitation only events, which a bachelor party is. Outside bartenders are not permitted and nothing can be sold, so no cash bar and no cover at the door. You bring a Washington banquet permit and we walk you through how to get it, it takes about ten minutes online.

How late can we go?

Until 2am, any night. Most bars in Seattle call last call around 1:30 and the group is standing on a sidewalk by 2. Here the party is still inside. Setup and breakdown happen inside your booked window, so plan your six hours around the time people actually show up, not the time you tell them.

Can we bring a DJ, a band or our own playlist?

All three. The sound system and the DJ booth are included, so a DJ plugs in and goes. A band sets up on the floor, there is no built in stage. A phone and a playlist works too. If you want the place to feel like a club for a night, this is the building for it.

What about food?

Bring whatever you want. There is no food and drink minimum and no caterer list. Pizza, a taco truck pulled up to the roll up door in the back, trays from your favorite spot, or a caterer. Nothing has to go through us.

Who is working the night?

The Main Hall comes with 1 bartender and 1 security guard. The Main Hall plus a second space is 2 bartenders and 2 guards. The whole building is 2 bartenders and 3 guards. A manager is on site all night and the cleaning is inside the price. The guard is there so the host does not have to be the bouncer.

Where do people park, and how do they get home?

SODO has street parking on 1st Avenue South and the side streets, plus paid lots around the stadiums. The Stadium light rail station is a short walk. For a night that ends at 2am, rideshare is the plan most groups go with, and the pickup spot right out front on 1st Avenue South is easy to find.

How do we lock the date?

Take a tour first, Monday to Friday between 10am and 7pm, about 20 to 30 minutes and free. If it is a fit, a signed agreement and a 50% deposit lock your date. Deposits are non refundable, but you can move everything you have paid to a new date within 12 months instead of losing it.

Come See It Before You Decide

Tours run about 20 to 30 minutes, Monday to Friday, and cost nothing. Walk the Main Hall, go up to the Speakeasy, hear the system, and leave with an exact number for your date.
