Rideshare
Set the pin to 1712 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134. The main entrance is the glass front door on 1st Avenue South. The building is open until 2am, so line up rides home for anyone who has been drinking.
Game nights: SODO is the stadium district. When there is a game the same night, nearby lots fill up and prices go up, so tell your guests to reserve a spot ahead or take the light rail.
Load In Through The Roll Up Door
Caterers, rentals, a band, a florist or a food truck come in through the roll up door at the back, big enough for a vehicle. Nobody carries a cake down a sidewalk.
Load in and load out happen inside your booked hours. There is no early access: the time you book is when the studio manager arrives. At the end there is a 15 minute grace period to load out.

What Is Step Free, And What Is Not
Step free
- The entry is ADA compliant
- The Main Hall is at street level
- The Back Venue is at street level, step free from the Main Hall
Not step free
- The Speakeasy upstairs is reached by stairs only, and there is no elevator
- There are two bathrooms, and neither is fully ADA accessible
If anyone on your list needs step free access, plan the bar and the program downstairs and we will set it up that way. We would rather you know now than find out on the day.
