What Hosts Actually Ask
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Yes, on every package. You buy the bottles, our licensed bartenders pour them, hard liquor welcome. Your own bottles are for private, invitation only events. You provide a Washington banquet permit and we walk you through it. Outside bartenders are not permitted and nothing can be sold.
Can I bring my own food?
Anything. Your aunt cooking all day, a caterer, trays from a restaurant, or a food truck in the back garage. No food and drink minimum, no approved caterer list.
How late does the party go?
Until 2am, any night. Setup and breakdown live inside your booked hours.
How many people fit?
The Main Hall holds up to 120, two rooms up to 250, the whole building 300. Seated at dinner tables is about 50, chairs only about 80. A 150 person party here is a party on its feet, with seating around the edges.
Can I come early to set up?
Add a setup hour for $250 with the manager only, as late as the day before. Setup hours are only for time with no guests in the building. Any hour with guests is a staffed hour, $350 in the Main Hall booked ahead.
How do I hold my date?
Take a free tour, 20 to 30 minutes. A signed agreement and a 50 percent deposit lock the date. The deposit moves once to a new date within 12 months instead of being lost.
Do you allow 18+ parties with alcohol?
Private family parties like quinceañeras and graduations, yes. Any event serving alcohol that is not a private family party has to be 21 and over.
