The Meeting Upstairs. The Party Downstairs. One Building.
- The Speakeasy upstairs as your private meeting floor
- 110 inch screen, microphone, sound and WiFi
- Bartenders, security and cleaning included at night
Close The Meeting. Open The Bar. Same Address.
A Private Floor For The Meeting
The Speakeasy is upstairs, on its own floor, with its own bar. Leadership closes the conversation up there while the rest of the team arrives downstairs. Nobody wanders in.
Nobody Changes Locations
The usual plan is a hotel meeting space at 3, then thirty people trying to find each other at a bar at 6. Here the meeting ends and the party starts one flight of stairs away.
Any Day, One Number
Monday to Thursday, a meeting with no bar can go on our hourly card from $250 an hour. Any other day, or any mix you have in mind, we price the whole day as one custom package.

Can our leadership team have a confidential meeting before the party?
Yes. The Speakeasy is upstairs on its own floor, indoor, with its own bar and seating. It works as a private meeting space while guests arrive downstairs in the Main Hall. Tell us when the meeting ends and we plan the night so nobody walks up until you are ready.
Can we book a daytime meeting and an evening party on the same day?
Yes, any day of the week. Monday to Thursday, a meeting with no bar can go on the hourly card ($250 an hour for the Main Hall, two hour minimum), followed by your evening package. On a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, or for any combination outside the published prices, tell us the plan and we price the whole day as one custom package. Sundays start at 4:30pm.
What do we have for presentations?
A 110 inch display for slides and video, a sound system with a microphone, and WiFi. There is no built in stage. Most groups present from the floor in front of the screen, and a riser can be rented if you want one.
What does the evening party include?
Every evening package is six hours with licensed bartenders, a security guard in every space you open, tables and 80 chairs, the sound system and DJ booth, the screen, a manager on site and the cleaning. The Main Hall is $1,750 Sunday to Thursday, $1,950 Friday and $2,950 Saturday for up to 120 guests. The Main Hall plus a second space is 2 bartenders and 2 guards for up to 250; the whole building is 2 bartenders and 3 guards for up to 300. No service charge on top.
Can we bring our own caterer and alcohol?
Yes. Any caterer, lunch trays for the meeting and dinner for the party, or a food truck through the roll up door in the back. There is no kitchen on site, so food is prepared off site. At private, invitation only events you bring your own bottles and our licensed bartenders pour them.
Is it easy for coworkers coming from out of town?
We are at 1712 1st Ave S in SODO, a short walk from the Stadium light rail station, with four private spots on site, free street parking nearby and a paid lot next door. Parking and directions are on our Getting Here page.
How do we lock the date?
Take a free tour first, Monday to Friday between 10am and 7pm, about 20 to 30 minutes. If it fits, a signed agreement and a 50% deposit lock your date. Deposits are non refundable, but you can move everything you have paid to a new date within 12 months.
See Both Floors Before You Decide
Tours run about 20 to 30 minutes, Monday to Friday, and cost nothing. Sit in the Speakeasy where the meeting would happen, walk the Main Hall, and leave with a number for your whole day.
